Des Hunt fascinated us by using his Physical Science knowledge to show us how to make our narrative writing exciting. He demonstrated how to hook the reader in, develop the storyline and build the story to a climax before reaching the ending. Year 4 children in Room 18 explained what happened to the Year 3 children in our class.
I wish he would come again he was funny.

DeleteI really enjoyed visiting Des Hunt on Literacy week. He taught us how to be better authors by using science. I learned a lot of fascinating facts.
ReplyDeleteDes Hunt entertained well. My favourite part was when he used a hair dryer as as a zap gun to dry the Blue thing then he made the silver piece of string turn into a star.
